Almond Salad Dressing Recipe
1/3 cup almond butter
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1/2 clove garlic
1 tbsp gluten free tamari
1 tbsp rice malt syrup
3 tbsp water
1 tbsp ginger
1/2 tsp turmeric root (optional but recommended)
Place all ingredients into a blending jar and blend using an immersion blender
Serve the almond butter salad dressing over a bed of fresh chopped romaine lettuce, sliced cucumber, sliced carrot, sliced red pepper and diced green onion then topped with some roasted tamari almonds. Yum!
