This kale and blueberry smoothie for fatty liver is nutritious for liver health and fatty liver disease as kale and blueberries are phenomenal foods to scavenge free radicals and reduce oxidative damage. Start your day with this kale blueberry smoothie for weight loss and gut health.

The natural fiber in kale blueberries and chia seeds are great for gut health as the contain prebiotics to feed the beneficial bacteria in the gut. Hemp seeds, chia seeds, and a tablespoon of the vanilla-flavoured metabolic detox complete protein powder are added to provide essential plant-based omega threes, protein, and healthy carbs.

It is one of the best liver detox smoothie recipes for fatty liver and weight loss especially with the addition of metabolic detox protein powder, which contains essential nutrients for optimal liver detox, including milk thistle. I specifically made this smoothie without bananas as bananas are high in resistant starches, which can aggravate SIBO symptoms and used to be one of my trigger foods.

Blueberries are one of the best fruits to reverse insulin resistance. They are one of the highest antioxidants fruits effective for reducing oxidative stress and are high in vitamin k, manganese, and vitamin c. Manganese is to co-factor for the SOD gene, which helps to boost the body’s internal antioxidant production.
