Those who know me or have worked with me know that beets are one of my favorite superfoods that will almost always be part a part of a gallbladder cleansing nutritional protocol…. But why beetroot and what are the benefits of beet juice?

3 medium cucumber
How to make beet juice
Making this beet juice is super easy, simply wash the beet, cucumber, and apple then dice the beets into quarters, core the apple and use a knife or peeler to take the outer rind off the lemon.
Assemble your juicer and put everything through one at a time starting with the beetroot. I personally use a sunbeam juicer in which I love but I have also used that standard Breville juicer which is just as easy to use and clean.
