How to make roasted potato wedges
Making these roasted potato wedges is super easy.
First, you will want to wash the potatoes then cut in half lengthwise.
Cut each half of the potato into four sliced wedges.
Place the sliced potato wedges onto a baking tray and drizzle 1 tbsp of cold-pressed olive oil on top.
I get right in there with my hands to thoroughly coat all the potatoes in olive oil before adding on the seasoning salt. Again, I use my hands to evenly coat the potato wedges in the olive oil and seasoning salt.
Give your hands a quick rinse before placing the baking tray in the oven for 35 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

- 3 tsp master foods smoky BBQ rub (or seasonong salt)
- 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp greek yogurt
Instructions
- cut potatoes into half lengthwise then slice into wedges
- place potato wedges onto a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil and seasoning salt. Use your hands to thoroughly coat the wedges.
- bake the potato wedges @ 180° celcius for 35 minutes
- Serve the oven roasted potato wedges with a side of sweet chili sauce and greek yogurt
