Brain Boosting Granola
- 4 cups oats
- ⅓ cup honey
- ½ cup hemp seeds
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 1 cup ground flax seeds
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- Line a baking tray with baking paper and measure out oats onto the tray. Cover the oats with a runny honey and mix thoroughly. Bake in the oven for 15 mins @ 180° C.
- Combine the nuts, seeds, cinnamon and cranberries in a bowl. Add the toasted oats with honey and let cool.
