Blender Celery Juice | No Juicer Needed

March 19, 2026 by Amber

If you want to make fresh celery juice at home but don’t have a juicer, this simple blender celery juice is the easiest way to make it. All you need is chopped celery, water, and something to strain it with. I used a flour sack tea towel the first time, and it worked surprisingly well. The texture turns out smooth and light, just like traditional celery juice, but the method is way simpler, and you do not have to deal with juicer cleanup.

This blender celery juice recipe uses two cups of chopped celery with water to help it blend. You can strain it for a classic juice or leave it unstrained if you prefer more fiber. The result is the classic celery flavor that is hydrating and not as strong tasting as a celery juice made in a juicer without any added water.

Celery Juice Blender Recipe

  • 2 cups chopped celery stalks
  • 3/4 cup water (or molecular hydrogen water)

How to Make Celery Juice In a Blender

  1. Wash and chop the celery into one inch pieces.
  2. Add the celery and water to a high powered blender.
  3. Blend on high until completely smooth.
  4. Line a bowl with a nut milk bag or clean flour sack tea towel.
  5. Pour the blended celery into the cloth.
  6. Squeeze out as much liquid as possible into the bowl.
  7. Pour the celery juice into a cup and drink right away.

Pro Tip: Add ice cubes for a colder celery juice. Straining removes the pulp, leaving you with a smooth, light juice that feels refreshing and easy to sip first thing in the morning. If you prefer more fiber, skip straining and blend longer for a thicker celery juice.

Recently, I have been making this celery juice first thing in the morning before I have anything else to eat or drink. I love making celery juice in a blender because it is quick and easy, without the bulky, messy cleanup of a regular juicer.

My mornings are busy getting my little girl ready and off to preschool, so I would never be pulling out my juicer to make fresh celery juice daily, even though I have one. Yet I find it so easy to blend celery with water in a blender for a hydrating, healthy drink to start my day.

Starting my day with a cleansing and nourishing drink helps keep me on track with doing things that make me feel good, and I felt it was finally time to skip coffee first thing in the morning, as it wasn’t sitting well with me on an empty stomach. I still enjoy a coffee later in the morning with food, but I am getting into the habit of having a glass of fresh celery juice in the morning before anything else.

I often don’t crave a smoothie first thing in the morning in the cold winter months in Canada, but I wanted to start my day with something healthy and not too cold, thus this easy blender celery juice has been my new morning routine. It’s cleansing, hydrating, and just makes me feel good.

For a long time, I have known about many of the benefits of celery juice from the Medical Medium and have been blown away by the results people claim online from drinking it, especially for skin health. But I found it challenging to make celery juice in a juicer, as it was just too time-consuming. Making it in a blender has changed everything for me, as it is so quick and easy. Plus, my little girl actually likes plain celery juice with water too, so I make it for both of us.

Celery Juice With Molecular Hydrogen Water (optional upgrade)

I like making this with molecular hydrogen water instead of regular water for extra antioxidant benefits, but regular water works perfectly too. Molecular hydrogen is an amazing molecule that acts as a selective antioxidant with many additional health benefits. Combining celery juice with molecular hydrogen creates a super healthy, hydrating drink that is cleansing, low in calories and sugar, and just feels amazing.

If you don’t have a molecular hydrogen water bottle, you can use regular water instead. If you want extra health benefits like me, I highly recommend drinking molecular hydrogen water, especially in fresh vegetable juices like this celery juice, which will be enjoyed right away.

For another healthy and yummy option, try this blender carrot juice, made with fresh carrots, ginger, and a splash of soy milk for a smoother, more balanced flavor. Or this liver healthy blender beet juice is another refreshing option.

Be sure to save this blender celery juice pin so you can easily find it again later. You can also explore more of my cleansing drinks and fresh juice recipes for simple, nourishing options that are easy to make at home.
