Greek Yogurt Dill Dip - High Protein and Low Fat

This easy greek yogurt dill dip is low fat, high protein and perfect for parties, picnics, or dip to serve with raw veggies. I love to serve the low fat veggie dip with fresh chopped carrots, celery, pepper and broccoli which are all fantastic vegetables to lower blood sugar levels and promote fat loss. It is also a fantastic healthy dip for toddlers to get your kids to eat more vegetables.
