Baby Chickpea Puree with Sweet Potato and Banana
This baby chickpea puree is nutritious, easy to make and yummy. Iron rich chickpeas combined with healthy sweet potato and banana results in a smooth puree that is naturally sweet that your baby will love.
- 1 cup sweet potato
- ½ cup cooked or canned chickpeas
- ½ banana
- ½ cup water
Bring water to a boil in a pot then peel and chop 1 cup sweet potato and place in the boiling water. Cook for 15 minutes until soft.
Place all the ingredients into a high speed blender then blend until smooth and creamy.
Store in an airtight glass jar for up to three days in the refridgerator.
