Liver Cleansing Low Fodmap Salad
This liver cleansing low fodmap salad with made with four low fodmap vegetables and topped with a delicious and zesty Thai inspried almond butter lime dressing. Spinach, cucumber, carrot and red pepper are full of phytonutrients to combat inflammation and cleanse the liver.
- 4 cups spinach
- 1 red pepper
- 1 lebanese cucumber
- 1 medium carrot
Wash the vegetables then chop the carrot, cucumber and red pepper length ways. Further dice the vegetables.
Place the chopped vegetables on top of the spinach and serve with the almond butter lime dressing.
