This liver cleansing low fodmap salad with made with four low fodmap vegetables and topped with a delicious and zesty Thai inspried almond butter lime dressing. Spinach, cucumber, carrot and red pepper are full of phytonutrients to combat inflammation and cleanse the liver.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups spinach
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 lebanese cucumber
  • 1 medium carrot

Instructions
 

  • Wash the vegetables then chop the carrot, cucumber and red pepper length ways. Further dice the vegetables.
  • Place the chopped vegetables on top of the spinach and serve with the almond butter lime dressing.
