This apple cider vinegar drink for weight loss and fatty liver is made with 4 ingredients only: apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, lemon juice, and honey. It is naturally sweetened with a touch of honey and spiced with cinnamon.

  • Kettle


  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ½ tsp cinnamon


  • Boil one cup of water in a kettle then transfer to a mug.
  • Add the cinnamon, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and honey to the hot water and stir.


You can also serve this apple cider vinegar drink cold with ice cubes.
