Low Fodmap Blueberry Smoothie for SIBO

This low fodmap blueberry smoothie is great for anyone on the SIBO diet or low fodmap diet. The SIBO smoothie is allowed on phase 2 of the SIBO diet. It is vegan, liver cleansing, and nutritious.

  • High speed blender


  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ banana (firm not over ripe)
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • ¾ unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp honey


  • Measure all the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend.


I used Pure Harvest unsweetened activated almond milk for this low fodmap smoothie recipe. I also used frozen blueberries but you can use fresh as well. If you use fresh blueberries add a couple cubes of ice.
