Beet and Artichoke Salad for the Gallbladder

This roasted beet artichoke salad with feta and spinach is a fantastic gallbladder recipe to detox the liver. The beet and artichoke salad is served with a easy homemade vinaigrette. This recipe is for one but double the recipe as needed to make more!

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • ½ cup roasted beets (or pre-cooked store bought beets)
  • 2 tbsp canned artichoke
  • 1 tsp feta
  • 1 tsp cold-pressed olive oil
  • ½ tsp gluten-free tamari
  • ½ tsp coconut sugar
  • ½ tsp apple cider vinegar


  • Place spinach in a salad bowl and top with diced roasted beets and canned artichoke. Sprinkle hemp seeds and feta on top.
  • Make the homemade vinaigrette by combining olive oil, apple cider vinegar, tamari and coconut sugar in a saucer. Give a stir then pour on top of the roasted beet salad.
