Oven Roasted Beets With Olive Oil for the Gallbladder
These oven roasted beets with olive oil are roasted until perfectly soft and slightly crispy. This gallblader cleansing beet recipe with olive oil is simple and easy to make. Serve as a side with dinner or spice up the roasted beets with some feta cheese, rosemary and lemon.
Wash the beets then use a knife to slice the tops and bootoms off off the beet.
Cut the beets in half then further dice into 1 inch chunks.
Place the beets on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Drizzle 2 tbsp over the raw beets. use your hands to evenly coat the beets in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Roast the beets in the oven for 50 minutes @ 180° C.
