Mango Turmeric Smoothie

This mango turmeric smoothie is vegan, anti-inflammatory, thick and creamy. The perfect combination! Serve the smoothie in your favorite smoothie bowl topped with chia seeds and granola for a delicious crunch

Equipment

  • Immersion blender or high speed blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups frozen mango
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp turmeric root powder
  • ½ cup coconut cream
  • ½ cup water

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a blending jug and blend using an immersion blender. You can also use a high speed blender.

Notes

Serve in smoothie bowl and top with some chia seeds and granola!
