If your looking for chia seed breakfast ideas this chia oatmeal pudding with strawberries and bananas can be whipped up in no time for a warm chia porridge that will get your energy levels off to a good start. This chia oatmeal pudding is loaded with healthy fats to help provide long lasting energy. The strawberries and banana add a delicious fruity flavor, then the chia oat pudding is sweetened with cinnamon and coconut sugar.
Strawberry Banana Chia Oatmeal Pudding
1 cup water
1/3 cup oats
2 tbsp chia seeds
3-4 strawberries sliced
1/3 of a banana sliced
1/3 cup coconut cream
pinch of cinnamon and vanilla bean powder
1 tsp coconut sugar or to taste
*Bring water to a boil then add in the oats, chia seeds, strawberries and banana. Turn to low heat while stirring often for 5 mins.
*Once cooked add in the coconut cream, cinnamon, vanilla bean powder and coconut sugar to taste for a satisfying and delicious warm chia porridge.
