2 large free range eggs
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1 cup very ripe bananas (3 med bananas)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup oat flour or ground oats
1 cup coconut flour or ground shredded coconut
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1 cup chopped walnuts
How to make gluten free banana bread
*Melt butter and combine with the wet ingredients mixing well
*Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl then mix with the wet ingredients
*Pour batter into baking pan
*Bake at 375 degrees F for 40 mins - 1 hour
