1 banana
2 cups frozen mango
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp turmeric root powder
1/2 cup coconut cream
1/2 cup water
Place all ingredients into a blending jug, then use an immersion blender to blend. I like to use an immersion blender to make thick and creamy smoothies, as you can manually move the immersion blender up and down while blending.
