Mango Turmeric Smoothie
2 cups frozen mango
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pure curcumin powder or 1/2 tsp turmeric root powder
1/2 cup coconut cream
1/2 cup water
Place all ingredients into a blending jug then use an immersion blender to blend. I like to use an immersion blender to make thick and creamy smoothies as you can manually move the immersion blender up and down to blend without having to add a lot of liquid so that you can get a nice and thick mango smoothie bowl to serve in your favorite smoothie bowl. Try topping the mango turmeric smoothie bowl with some homemade granola and chia seeds!
