Lemon Tahini Dressing
2 tbsp tahini
3 tbsp water
2 tbsp cold pressed olive oil
1 tbsp rice malt syrup
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 small clove garlic
1/2 tsp gluten free tamari
* To make this tahini dressing recipe measure all ingredients into a mason jar and blend using an immersion blender.
*Serve this vegan lemon tahini dressing over romaine lettuce, with chopped carrots, red pepper, broccoli, tamari almonds and feta cheese.
