¼ cup raw beet (grated or cut into cubes)

1 cup almond milk

Berry Beet Smoothie
- High speed blender
- 1 cup frozen blackberries
- 1 banana
- ¼ cup raw beetroot diced
- 2 tbsp coconut cream or coconut yogurt
- 3 walnuts
- 5 almonds
- 1 cup almond milk
- Dice beetroot into 1 cm chunks.
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend.
