The liver cannot effectively detox harmful toxins from the body if the bile is too sludgy thus, beet juice is amazing for improving liver function.

One of the primary benefits of beetroot juice includes promoting bile flow, which also stimulates peristalsis needed for a healthy bowel movement. Peristalsis helps prevents constipation and promotes the elimination of waste from the body.

Beets contain liver-protective antioxidants that reduce oxidative stress and are protective against alcohol-induced fatty liver. This study shows the positive results in beets’ ability to reduce fatty liver. Knowing this is one more reason to make the following delicious beet juice for fatty liver. The beets also significantly decreased serum AST and ALT liver enzymes in rats.

    How many times a day do I drink each juice? When will my liver feel the difference?

      That is up to you and I cant say as I don’t know your specific problems and current health. I like to drink 1 juice a day in the morning. These juices are great for the liver but your liver may also need additional support and nutrients. Hope you enjoy them 🙂
